Losers lament “ love his try and his passion “. This is the NHL not tier 6 Minor hockey. . 6 million worth of he tries. Sheesh.

Zero goals
Zero assists
Zero points
2 shots on net.
Actually that’s a good game for him.
Earned him a star.

Second star on the Flames is not really an accomplishment when you consider how the rest of their talent is doing this year.

He reminds me of that one 6 year old that hasn’t quit falling on his butt but the rest of the team is past that stage now. You can here his mother calling words of encouragement from the rafters. “Cmon Millan! Your doing great! We got this!” Lol

Can't say I really noticed Neal too much.
Markstrom played good , that was a big part of the Nucks win.
Round 2 tonight should be fun.
Demko starts tonight I think so we will see what happens.

The problem with Smith so far this year is that his 2nd game is always his "bounce back" game. The problem with that is you need to have a crappy 1st game to bounce back from. That means Smith is a .500 goalie at best right now and you don't make the playoffs with a .500 anything.

And dear ol' James was only -1, that's a pretty good game for him too.
Fifth worst in the league right now at -15, should be No. 1 in a few more games. Yessh, give him time to settle in with the new team, so much pressure from you northern fans.

Sounds like Kassian, Smith, and Russel are out tonight. I've guessing you'll only miss one of them, unless Koss gets hurt....

Neal is minus 15 this year. lol.
How do you become -15 on the top team in the pacific?
I think both Neal AND Lucic are equally bad. Proof that the NHL is getting ridiculous with it's contracts.
I hope the NHL goes bankrupt and folds some day. Not the league it used to be.
Overpaid crybabies. Gouging fan's that go to the games with $14 beers, and now it has become a conduit for SJW and social causes and virtue signalling.
I used to have season tickets to the flames. I gave them up so I could spend that money on hunting and fishing. Best decision I have ever made.

Smith is 7-7-1 on the year and Koskinen is 9-2-2. That gets you in to the playoffs and Koskinen isn’t wore out ( such as last year ). No one expected either of these guys to do very good yet here we are atop the pacific. Also remember Smith was the only reason Calgary won a game in the playoffs last year. Every team wants a Star goalie but the reality is there are only a handful and they are spoken for. I’m happy with what we got to this point.

Lots of them actually. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to tell them apart from all the Soiler fans

Curious what the push back is going to be.
This might classify as a big game, division rival only 5 points back....

Boah's generally not worth responding to in these threads. Some good Oil fans out there.
