Default Question on WT Sub Tags - Tag 1 / Tag 2

Good day all, just wondering about the WT Sub tags and if they need to be used in order? I ask cause the area in which we moose hunt (open till Oct 31st), both tags are allowed, but in the area of my cabin, only the first tag is eligible (rifle opens Nov1).

So my question is if I was to shot a WT doe on Sept 29th in area where both tags are allowed, could I use tag #2 first? Then on Nov 1st, in my cabin zone I shot my second doe with Tag #1?

Thanks in advance!

yes, you can use the tags in any order.
Tag 2 first then tag 1 if you want.

Yes, and just to note..
If you only plan to use one tag, you still need 2 blank tags to buy these supp tags.
Last year I had only one blank tag knowing I can only use tag #1 in my area, and I could not complete the tag purchase. I had to cancel the purchase, scramble for another blank and re-do the purchase.

If you hunt different areas with different rules, you definitely want to use tag 2 first if it’s applicable to your area. Then hold onto tag 1 as it will apply to ALL supplemental areas.
