Default Upgrading to carbons

Hi looking for some opinions I have been into archery for about 10 years off and on but I have always used aluminum arrows looking into changing to carbons looking for types and why. Thanks

I'm only gonna give you a reason why. Way more forgiving.

Types - all I can say is find a grain per inch shaft weight you find suitable, along with spine strength and your set. IMHO brand preference is just as it sounds.

aluminum dent and bend - carbons do not - a good archery shop can show you some appropriate arrows

Gold Tip - strong, reliable and like the price point - They were recently bought out so we'll see if anything changes. I'm shooting Gold Tip Velocity XT's right now and have no complaints

A newer company that is gaining alot of traction right now is Deer Crossing Arrows. They are being used by a few target archers out of the US and all the reviews I've heard is good... Never tried them, so I can't really say for sure - but I'm gonna order a few doz soon.
