Default Cleaning arrows

I bought a tool made for the job to get the vanes and most of the glue off, next use powdered sink cleaner like comet but without the chlorine(no name) use it on a green scouring pad. After that rinse in hot water, dry then wipe with alcohol just before fletching. I got that off U-tube and have done dozens of arrows, works great with no wear on the arrows. Cheers roscoe

X2 but just make sure your knife is dull, don't wanna damage the carbon! I use one of those yellow handled exacto knives that slide out with your thumb

Default Cleaning

I have used lock-tite and the Bohning Platinun Fletch-tite, both work good but the lock-tite is much harder to clean off. Cheers Roscoe

Should check out Starrflight F.O.B. Could save you a lot of hassle.

... 99 percent denatured rubbing alcohol...some normal rubbing alcohols may have oil based additives...scrape dont cut...steel wool and 400 grit sandpaper...both arrow and vane...
Though acetone is not recommened by many arrow manufactures...fast wipe on/off works awesome ...just dont let soak
