first i can,t move that fast,second,i don,t have a knife that sharp, third, i REALLY like my fingers. wow how do you address this man ...yes sir no sir . that was incredable to watch, years of experiance i,m sure.

I have the attention span...of well a young boy and I watched it from beginning to end, incredible.

When my boy was a teenager, he could EAT a deer about that quick! Had to use a coal shovel to keep that kid fed...

Man, would I love to have this guy on my payroll! I need to keep a copy of this video to show my "wannabe" butchers how it is supposed to be done. A real pleasure to watch, and I been at this gig for 30 years!
