WOW It doesn't get much better eh!!!
I went on a sea duck hunt in January in Washington. I was lucky to get into the Harliquins pretty good and shot a real good one.
I am amazed at the mount and turn around time. I don't think I know a better taxidermist that puts the care into an animal like Alex at Advantage Taxidermy. I think he spent hours with a pair of tweezers to move and correct any feathers that were missaligned on this bird. I can't thank him enough for the job he did. Well done!!!!

Looks good Nube...seeing your waterfowl mounts makes me want to have a mallard done. You must have tons of shelf and wall space for all these new mounts.

Slowly running out of room and with the expedited extra charges on the birds so I get them done faster I am running out of money as well.
Got to figure out where I am going to put a lifesized leopard, cape buffalo and a few other african critters after next years expedition. Can"t hardly wait.

Looks great Nube.
I will definitely have to get a Harlequin mounted one day.

Did it on my own mostly. Had a friend with the boat down in Washington and he knew where to go and a friend of mine from here went with me to hunt. We shot all kinds of birds. My next one I am really excited about is my longtail duck and Scotter. Scotter is getting done with my eagle and the longtail will be a flying mount. I plan on going again next year I had so much fun.

Looks like a picture of a live duck.
If you didn't show the base you wouldn't be able to tell.
Really beautiful unique bird!
