Confusing Regs?

So I was at Clear Lake the other day and there was a sign posted...pike limit 3 over 63cm, and that the reservoir fits under section C on page 48... Well section C is the section that says there is no size limit for pike.

Anyone have an idea?

When I check the online guide Section C for lakes in PP1 lists 3 pike over 63 cm. I don't have a copy of the booklet with me to compare, sorry

Yes, but Clear Lake is in ES1, which states:

C. For other ES1 Lakes, Reservoirs and Ponds not included under (A) or (B) and for fish species not mentioned at a listed lake.[list] Open all year - Trout limit 5; Mountain Whitefish limit 5 over 30 cm; (where present, Walleye limit 3 over 50 cm; Pike limit 3 [no size limit]; Perch limit 15; Lake Whitefish limit 10; Burbot limit 10); Bait, except bait fish, allowed

the only clear lake i know of is east of stavely and unlisted in pp1

bingo, dont know where you see a clear lake in ES1..however I see one in PP1.

My mistake! I thought Clear Lake was in ES1
