I will celebrate if and when oil is flowing down the pipeline, until then, we have spent money, but gained nothing. At any point from now until then, construction could be stopped.

Oh I am not saying it wont be built. But when will it be finished. Trudeau is not in a hurry as he is making money off the Saudi Crude tankers in the St. Lawrence River. I wonder why Justin keeps saying it will be built but never a timeline.
My company is doing 3 legs of this project. It will be started that’s for sure, completed? Well that’s our biggest fear. We expect a long hard uncertain road on this one, with many stalls.
