Default Put your hands up for pike

I started an ecosystem imbalance thread on here a few years ago,
And as it turned out my favourite lake. Laurier Lake has already rebounded.
I told story's of big pike on cameras being elusive. I then made a thread on the explosion of perch. And much to my surprise since the Lake refilled in the last 2 years the pike population is.back😄 It makes no sence. But the Lake is up!! Almost 15 ft! The last time the Lake was this high was in the 80's and in the 60's people were literally walking across it.
**** you science

Huh. Wow. Wonder how any of the pike survived if it was so low.

Is there an inlet somewhere? Good news though. Glad to hear it. I feel like all we ever get is more bad news, winter kill here, falling water levels, human encroachment, habitat loss, over fishing, etc, etc, etc.
