Default Where can I get 2,4-D?

I'm looking for some 2,4-D. Not the kind that is mixed in the crap-***** "weed killer" products that one would normally find at Can-tire or Walmart.

I'm looking for the god stuff. The real stuff, that your daddy and grand-daddy used on the farm.

Is that kind still available anywhere in Alberta?

UFA or any Ag input retailer will carry it. You will require a legal land description if you are an acreage owner or provide a pesticide applicator licence if you don’t live in the country.

A lot of counties carry it. All depends where you live.

Have a look at this thread from a few months back. Pay particular attention to the information on Page 3.

If you need to treat a large area, the commercial product will be more cost effective. If you can buy it directly.
For a mid size residential yard, buy the concentrated Killex and increase the mix ratio to get close to the agricultural/commercial ratio. At that concentration, make sure you apply it properly; don't overspray an area.
Don't forget to wear your PPE.
