Get ready people...there is more coming....the vast majority of the lines have been in the ground since th '50's and '60's....and the Oil Co's continually monitor them...BUT...... I suggest the only way to fix this is to start walking to work and wherever you want to go fishing/hunting.....lees consumptiom= less reason for these lines to be at 100% capacity...and some proper maintenance could be done.....don't just blame Oil co's. they abide by more Gov't. regulations than you guys will see in a lifetime......

It is a bad deal for sure.
Going to be a big stress on the environment for sure.

Ya cause big oil cant loose a few days profit to beef up lines around environmental treasures like the Yellowstone I understand supply and demand and if you think this pipeline was in any way supporting a vast majority of America your off your rocker. Without oil I wouldn't have employment, I have worked in and around the field a long time and the corners Ive seen and heard of cut are insane and greed drives them. Safety and environmental awareness has exploded in the last few years however I think its a little to late when stories like this keep popping up.
