Default Walleye at shiningbank.

Fishing there on Saturday and the bro in law caught and released 12 in an hour. great to see. Hope that means the walleye are coming back in there.

Default Shiningbank

Be nice to see the perch come back in there and even the pike get some size to them.

Default shinning bank walleye

back in 2003 it was gettin pretty dark me and my best bud were trolling back to shore using a wally diver. I Hooked a 16 1/8 pounder, I thought it was a snag for more then 5 min before it started to pull line, I didnt get a measurement on length the damn thing went over the edge before i got the tape on er. not that it mattered any how seems how its been catch and release for years and years. It was a night Ill never forget...... most definatly one of those "it was this big" moments. no one beleives me and the only guy that does was there so no one believes him too.
