Default Submitting Deer Head for CWD Testing

So, I am wondering if I can get some insight into how this process works. I shoot the deer, gut the deer, hang it, skin it, cut the head off...and then what? I think I know where to submit it, but I am not sure if there are any extra guidelines with that. And will I get it back for a mount?

theres some good videos on youtube on how to remove the brain stem potion and the lymph nodes.
Those are what they test, they dont test the brain itself. If everyone submitted these parts rather than the Whole head it would also save them some time as well, resulting in quicker result responses.

Doing it that way allows you to keep the skull.
