Could it be F & W in the ad? Entrapment? The world is a funny place.

This post intrigues me. I am not familiar with the legalities surrounding this issue. With a quick look i couldn't find anything specific within the laws that would deem this request illegal. Can someone please elaborate as to why or why not this would be considered illigal? If illigal a reference to the specific law(s) would be greatly appreciated.

The person posting the ad is not only stupid, but he is cheap.

As for the legislation that someone was asking about.

From the Wildlife Act

Quote:
Disposition of access to land
49(1) No person shall directly or indirectly buy or sell, trade or
barter or offer to buy or sell access to any land for the purpose of
hunting any big game or any fur-bearing animals on any land.
(2) No person shall directly or indirectly buy or sell, trade or barter
or offer to buy or sell access to any land for the purpose of hunting
any game bird except as provided in subsection (3).
(3) No person shall directly or indirectly buy or sell, trade or barter
or offer to buy or sell access to any land for the purpose of hunting
upland game birds
(a) on privately owned land unless the person holds a licence
issued to the person for that purpose pursuant to this Act
and except in accordance with the regulations, or
(b) on public land that is not privately owned land.

One could argue that the $150 transaction is a gift for the use of the land rather than a payment.

Do you really believe that argument would hold up in court, once the ad was introduced as evidence? The accused had better hope for a very gullible judge.

LOL. Now that was funny. I'm also beginning to "suspect" that I spend too much time on here, when I'm getting jokes referencing other threads. lol

Should be 1 years prison sentance for anyone offering paid access and a loss of their land with $100,000 compensation regardless of how much the land is worth.

Happens a second time and they should be chastised.

His ad should say wanting to rent land for agricultural purpose for the month of November.
