2012 SCI show

Going to Vegas baby! Who all is coming? I'd love to meet up with some other AO members, especially ones who have been to this event previously. I know sheephunter is going with the rest of the quest crew, but that's all I know of. My group consists of half a dozen younger Drayton Valley area guys and their wives and gf's.

I've got money in the bank to hopefully purchase a trip in the auction and want to know everyones experiences with this so far. Can't wait for February! Feel free to PM me contact information if you are interested.

Anyone looking to pick up some last minute deals for 2012? There's always some great deals to be had on current year hunts. What's on everyone's wish list? We have nothing planned for spring/summer 2012 yet so hopefully something interesting presents itself.

We are going to look into the Muskox hunt at the auction and maybe the Maui hunt for Axis deer and goats. In one way I hope the bad economy has an effect on the auction prices for purchasing but in another way it will be not so good for SCI in raising money. Other than that just going to go take it all in.

Sheep, you interested in Russian Brown Bear in late April 2012 ? Couple spots left, 11 K for the 10 day hunt, start to finish...

Look forward to hopefully seeing a few of you in the SCI canada suite at Mandalay bay. My flight leaves in 12 hrs! Can't wait to get on the floor of the convention center.

God I love this show!!!
If you like to hunt/fish, you owe it to yourself to see it at least once.
If anyone thinks this is like the Calgary/Edmonton sportsmen shows... Well, that would be like comparing the rides at west Ed mall to Disneyland , knotts. Berry farm and each of the 6 flags resorts combined!!!

See you all down there and lets try and get together.
If you can, check this forum for updates as to a get together. I will buy the first round,

Sounds good Jamie. I'll buy the second round. As per AO policy, Huntinstuff never buys a beer when he is in the company of an AO'ers for all the work he has done in getting rid of the registry.
