Default Need some suggestions

I just got drawn for 408 sheep. I have an old bow I use for the odd time I get out bow hunting in the past but for this hunt I should look at a more modern bow.
Also talking to guys about sheep hunts it seems a lot of shots are missed because of the angles shooting up and down hills. Are there any bow sights that would be good for this application?

Talk to guys at Jimbows, you need a sight with all three axis adjustments.

Any of the newer flagship bows will be more than enough, just try em out and see what you like in your budget. Make sure to get a sight with third level axis adjustments and that it's mounted correct. Also practice at those angles to make sure your peep sight is in the correct spot for those extremes. Accurate range finder with angle compensation. Good luck!

As the other guys suggested. Go to jimbows, and look at the flagships.
Most of the bigger companies all offer beautiful bows - go see which one you like best.

I'd recommend putting a target on the peak of your roof and letting em fly

Kidding, of course...

Can't wait to see the pics of you and your daughter with your potential trophies!

I haven't dealt at Jimbows, as I'm in GP and the only shop to deal with here is Big Timber (Gord).....but I completely agree with a good 3 axis as Lefty says. I personally have tried quite a few different sights (Sword, which I liked, a few others I won't name that I didn't like) and I have settled on the Spot Hogg sights. They have a lot of different sights, but I have yet to see anything with brighter pins then one of theirs with the fibre optic wrap. I really like them, can't recommend them strongly enough. You will pay a premium on them (not that it is an issue) but the quality build and precision on them is hard to beat. Sword would be my next choice. As for a bow....try a few, and the one that feels best in your hands is the one to get. Will probably be a Hoyt thought.....

I can't wait to see your thread and pics on the successful hunt, best of luck on it. Or as they say in Quebek, 'Merde!'.

Practice steep angles in a snowstorm. That's what I did. Good luck
