E-Collar found at Bigelow

Found an e-collar while hunting at the Bigelow pheasant release site on the west side. Describe the collar and I am happy to return it to you.

The property is great, if you are lucky to be there when there has been a release in the last 24 hours, the hunting is great. No release and hunting after 24 hours nice walk with your hunting partners (dogs and buddies)

my son lost mine I think 2 yrs ago I replaced with bright orange it was off a Garmin 550 black strap rest is black also I will check with him to make sure it was at Bigelow talk to you later Ralph Hope
