Hey all
Just trying to put some feelers out to see if anyone has any suggestions for a good area in zone 200 to shoot a bull moose. We will be there November 19-21. Last tag to fill and I would like to get one. Thanks in advance.
Try the Neutral Hills just north of Gooseberry Lake PP, contact info on the gates at points of entry, or try well East north of Altario in the hills there, have seen several bulls in those areas and lots of places in between, mostly private land and lots of grazing leases, just stay on the roads and the landowners will be helpful. I've mostly hunted east of Hwy 41 though.
