Dickson pond on the west side of Glennifer Lake Straight South of Spruce View would be your best bet.

I believe you may find perch in the ponds at Three mile Bend, I read a story in the advocate a couple years ago but I can't guarentee it. I also think there are trout in Bower ponds. Dickson pond can go either way from great to dead. Perch on the North end of Pine Lake. Perch and whites on the south end of Sylvan, up a road that goes past some sort of lodge( don't remember the name of the lodge, sorry.) Good luck.

I don't think you can fish bower ponds in the winter due to the skating rink but at three mile bend shouldn't be a problem. There is perch in there, I broke my leg a few years back and those ponds were the only place accesible for me in the summer, I caught a ton of small perch out of there. I was fishing in the pond to the east of the ski ramp but I saw a fella catching pike out of the west pond(with the ski ramp on it) with top water lures.
