I am finally off with my medical diet and now my last three breakfasts looked like this: waffles, donuts, all kinds of jam, fruit juice and muffins! I am not much of a "sugar person" but I like my breakfast sweet

Guilty, guilty, guilty.....Halloween O' Henry bars....The time it takes to burn one of those little buggers off on the ol' stationary bike...

It is easy to go from a Chip N Dale dancer to a Chips Ahoy dancer....

Just seeing this now, TC. Yeah, love the KC BBQ. Worked there for 7 years. Whenever we go back for a wedding or whatever, we make sure to hit a BBQ restaurant (usually Jack Stack in Overland Park) and a Mexican restaurant (we like Jalapenos).

The fact that I weighed the most that I ever have during my time there is not a coincidence. Great food, lots of it at very reasonable prices.

For the last few days, 40oz Brewhouse steak. OMG
I got one saturday, leftovers sunday, went back yesterday and bought 2 more, had it for lunch in the truck yesterday, then wifes' leftovers for supper last night, today I get to warm up the taters and leftovers from yesterdays, which will still be a meal or 2 tomorrow and the next day! Then there is the daughter's that I bought yesterday, can't let it go to waste lol!

Been on it before. The guilty pleasure I have always has is bread and sweets.
That I always miss.

When I was young I'd go to the bulk bin and buy $20 of chocolate M&M's and keep them in a pickle jar and always grab a handful when I walked by.
Any Reeses stuff also.

Don’t feel guilty about it, but Doritos and salsa. A lot. Wife makes me 50-60 big canning jars per year and I go through it. Uber spicy and love he stuff, can’t stand store bought salsa any more

I know this because my wife's from the US and the first Halloween she spent up here she saw them in the store and wondered why they were named "Rockets" (we bought several bags at that moment in time......LOL)

For anybody who likes these candies you should know, they come in bigger sizes.

There's large (about 1" dia) and then there's an even larger size than the large ones. I found the really big ones don't taste right but the large size are perfect. You can order them online here in Canada and they're called "Smarties". My wife orders them by the case.

If you're an addict, or know someone that is, and would like to surprise them, send me a PM and I'll get you the link to the site the wife orders them from. It might take me a few days so if you do PM me, be patient. I'm not on here every day.

My guilty pleasures:

- a good cigar
- Rockets/Smarties
- M&M Peanuts
- my wife's homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

A good Single Malt Scotch, or JACK DANIELS, and Jalapinos Popovers. What is Keto? I know what it is, but you put the fore mention items on, and look out.
