Default Where to find low oxygen/carbon monoxide alarm

Where do you find a battery operated unit to bring along icefishing?

I know a bunch of guys that bought used personal monitors from Pawn shops for pennies on the dollar for ice fishing. work great and very small. Otherwise Rv dealerships sell the battery ones for rvs. I know guys that bought them there to install in ice shack builds.

That's what I did, measures CO only I believe, if it's for Buddy heaters, I think they somehow detect low O2.

fyi, just found out recently that a deisel engine doesnt give off carbon monoxide, so if your putting on in your garage thinking its going to help.... its not gonna do anything.

hitler tried to use deisel fumes at first, just made everyone ill. you can get nano-particle poisoning but not perish.

You can try Fire Protection if you are in Edmonton. They are located in the 50 Street industrial park (near 68 ave)
