Non Resident Aliens in the Draw

While my head is in the draws... Can Americans be entered into the draws? Is it just like the Canadian non resident, just have to apply with a resident? And then on to happy Hunter hosting?

Non Resident Alien can Not Enter the draw but a Non Res Canadian can. So if he is Americano then he is out of luck. What is it he wants to hunt Marty? There may be another way to get him up her for cheaper if you are interested let me know
