Okay. The guy himself is an idiot...but PETA put up $5000, to find out who killed a single deer!? Ridiculous.

PETA is nothing but ridiculous.

Save a vegetable, eat a PETA member.

Do you think they'd give me $5000 apiece for reporting that I killed the 3 or 4 that I hope to take, this fall? I could make some serious coin.

Depending on who you ask, you'd be eating a vegetable if you did that.

They should save the environment and not use too much heat. Perhaps just sliced thin, some mandarin-teriyaki marinade and drying trays?

It would be interesting to know how long this guy had lived at that address.

He saw it from his porch. And he didn't know it was a pet!

So he spotted it on a dark night and jumped the fence, why?
Didn't he know the gate would be locked at night? He did live there, so why didn't he go to the gate first, instead of jumping the fence, he must have known where it was.

I think the guy is lying his face off.

That guy is either an idiot or he really needed the meat. but those peta guys are rediculous Quick fact about the founder of PETA and her hypocrisy. The woman has type 2 diabetes and she takes insulen shots. These insulen shots were developed and tested on chimps for years before they were approved for humans.
So if PETA's policy is to stop using animals for medicine why does she take those insulen shots. It reminds me of this girl who called me barbaric for hunting while we were at the keg and she was having a steak. And seriously a funeral for a deer??? Ppl gone mad

Yah...I had to laugh at this story. My first off-the-cuff take on it is that dude got busted poaching and figured he could play the "I'm poor...I didn't know." card. Pretty ballsy to try pull this stunt off and hope to not get caught.

Pretty dumb too...

One day this guy will stick a fork in a outlet and Darwin will once again be proven to be on the right track.
