Default Hunting in private land requires no license?

Hi guys.

My co-worker told me he has a Native buddy who owns acres of land near the rockies and we can go there and hunt big games we across without any licenses as long as we are with the land owner.

My coworkers misinformed me before and that almost got into some troubles(nothing illegal luckily), so I dont believe his words. Is this true?

Thanks guys

No constitutional expert here but I'm pretty sure your co-worker is wrong, unless you are aboriginal.

And given your experience in the past that almost got you in trouble, if I were you I'd be going right to F&W to ask, rather than depend on the opinions of people like your buddy... or us. Still, always nice to have a friend with land to hunt on. Good luck!

The best advice for you, is to ignore anything that your co-worker tells you in regard to hunting. Either he is a moron, or he is playing you for a fool.

Sounds like an example of the lowest common denominator type.
