To publicize this?

They need to get far more aggressive on this kind of behavior. And more timely...

Just got pictures on my Facebook of a bunch of bags dumped back home. in less than 5 minutes the three people whose names matched the documents found in the trash sad it was and old roommate that got kicked out that did it. They said everything will be cleaned up in the morning. Multiple people said they will be checking on the location to make sure it's cleaned up.

Fines are not steep enough to deter people from dumping. British Columbia has the best strategy to deal with this on going problem. Fines should be $10.000

Should be 10,000 easy. 100,000 for multiple offence. And maybe a 6 foot hole for any Enviromental damage caused.
