A hunting buddy of mine has one in 280 AI. Most accurate rifle he owns. He bought it last summer and has shot many .5" groups with it and he hasn't even hand-loaded for it yet.

I just finished my barrel break in and I'm about to start load development. It's a dream to shoot with the muzzle break, its got a very nice adjustable trigger, well balanced and shoulders good. I haven't shot it without the break yet but I have lighter rifles in the same caliber with no break and I can shoot them all day. Definitely seems to have potential.

280ai with factory Nosler ammo.

Nice looking gun Kurt. Thought at first glance it had both a muzzle brake, and was sitting in a sled. Was waiting for the peanut gallery to flame you on the hazards of both.

Nice Kurt. My buddy has exact same but he has a Swaro 5-25 on it for his load work then I think he'll put a smaller scope on. Hope yours shoots like his and, looking at your target, its looks like it will.

I usually use my Caldwell bags but I seemed to have misplaced them.... I don't like using that matrix because when I was sighting in my friends T3 lite the dam thing kept jumping back and gave me a fat lip! I don't mind recoil but it sucks getting a fat lip outta the deal.

I bought my entire family a set of earphones for Christmas for when I'm playing with my rifle at the cabin, lol.

I have one in 6.5 Creedmoor and absolutely love it, thing shoots way better than I can. Best groups were 1" at 300 yards! never shot like that before! Like Kurt I have a Zeiss HD5 on it and now its my go to.

That's some good shooting!! Handloads?

My buddy bought his at Sylvesters Sports. They normally don't have many there but they will order them.

Yes handloads, at 300 yards the 120gr. Barnes TTSX were slightly less than 1.5" and the 129gr. SSTs were right at that inch. Without much load development at all, everything I put through that CM groups well and chronies well too. Ill be doing some testing this spring/summer with a heavier bullet as well.

What a sweet looking rig that is.
