Default Partner Licenses

This is an area I am not sure about in the regs. I've never used a partner license. I was reading tonight a bit about it and from what I see only antlerless moose and Bison were mentioned.
I had hopes to pass on a Ewe sheep tag to my daughter who just turned 12 last season. Is this not possible or is it only for certain species I mentioned?
It would be great if we could pass some of our tags to our kids especially ones like Antelope where it will take a while to get them.

I have partnered my son on all my recent ant moose draws so he could keep building his moose points.

I also wish there were more opportunities to partner on more tags. My 81 yr old dad is sitting on some high points but circumstances mean he will never be able to harvest them(steady shooting is gone and he worries about wounding animals) but he would love to walk beside his 19 yr old grandson and be part of the hunt.

3. Resident hunters successful in drawing a Special Licence in any of the other Draws may designate one eligible resident youth (12 to 17 years of age) to be a partner on their Special Licence.

This quote is out of the regs. You can partner your daughter for the nontrophy tag.

Partner tags are limited for adults, but for youths, the options are much greater. I intend to have a partner on my antlered moose tag if I draw this year, and I offered my trophy pronghorn to a friend's son if we can arrange the time off for him and his father. I wish that there were more options for adults, but I do understand why there aren't.

You bet...page 18 of last years Regs. This has been a great opportunity for Youth. I'm surprised it could be missed when reading the Regs.

I'm sitting on some high points for moose, mule deer and antelope and I will make sure a Youth will get the opportunity to harvest them.
