Default Weighted nocks more accurate

Today i purchased a pack of nocturnal lighted nocks and when i went to shoot i noticed a slight increase in accuracy. I also noticed a drop in arrow placement. Im guessing both are results due to the fact that these nocks weight more. .8 grams for my plastic nocks vs 1.5 with the nocturnals. The drop in arrow placement was expected. The increase in accuracy wasn't. Why would this have happened? Why would a heavier nock increase my accuracy? Is it just that the arrow is better balanced? Flexing different? Something else? Not really a big deal more just curious than anything.
Thanks

Added weight or removed weight changes the dynamic spine of the arrow....your setup is more "in tune" with the new setup.
