I was there Monday evening. Carson tuned up my bow. I was in and out in no time. Always great customer service there!

Jimbows Edmonton is the most welcoming archery shop I have ever stepped foot in and they are also top notch techs!

My sons (aged 12 & 15) have been shooting there nearly every Saturday for the past year...they look forward to it every week.
Be hard to find a nicer, more helpful couple of guys than Dave or Carsen.

Jim Bow Edmonton are awesome. Carson and Dave have been helpful with us when we bought out bows. I got lessons from Carson too. Now, I have upgraded to Bowtech Eva Shockey Signature Series Bow, which I love.

Sounds like Jim Bows archery has their business plan down to a science. If I ever got serious about a bow, I know where I would head as they seem to have many happy customers with numerous threads praising them. Good on them!

Heading in there when I get home on days off, ordered a Bowtech fuel for my daughter. It'll be my first purchase there, so I'm excited to see how the service is, I've been in there once before, but just to browse. Seemed like good guys.

Without question the best service I've ever had in a sporting goods store was Jim Bows in Edmonton. Carson set me up last week with BowTech Carbon Icon. I will be back!

I went in there a couple months ago to pick up a new release. One of the guys there spend about 20 minutes letting me take the releases out of their packages and try them out on their draw simulator thingy (not sure what it's called ). He was super helpful and patient and let me take my time.

The shop itself is nice and has a pretty decent indoor shooting space too.

When I'm in the market for a new bow, I'll almost definitely go see them, as good service is tough to find.

Made it into Jimbows today to pick up my daughters bow. Great customer service. She is all set up, shooting quite good for her first time with a compound and a release aid. I'm not afraid to say, that I will be a return customer!
