I'm going to try this pump I have that connects to my cordless drill, and pump it right from the grease dumpster. I'm hoping for a much more efficient way.
I usually like to get 50 gallons at a time.

Default Free bear bait

Hi, I've got five gallons of bacon grease ....free for the taking in Calgary. I could have thrown it away at work but figured someone might be able to use it. I know I've see bacon grease in the past and it was very effective.

Yeah good idea. Let us know how that goes.
You still have to pack up that equipment when you're done. No easy solution I guess when it comes to grease. At least you're not dipping a bucket that way though...

I've tried it. It takes forever. Use a 2" gas powered pump. 55 gallons in just a few minutes.

I have quite a few boxes of candy and pails of icing left over from the spring. If you are putting a bait out this fall, let me know.
