Default Sawn lake

Getting lots of mixed reviews about access into sawn lake. Has anyone been there this summer? Can you drive a pick up to the lake?
Thanks

If I am looking at the right lake, there really doesnt look like there are lots, if any access points. Looks like there might be some sort of road that might lead to the South shore of the Lake. Just go on google earth and try and find the easiest way to get into the lake.

There is a road to a lease about half a mile to lake last time I was there. Dry years we took pick ups, wet years quads. This was almost 20 years ago.

I worked at the sawn lake oil battery about 10 years ago, I remember the trail being pretty ****ty. I was hoping someone had been there recently and the trail was pick up accessible.

I wouldn't count on taking a pickup to that lake. I worked up there about 3 years ago and the operators would use a quad to launch a tinner sometimes, if they could have used a pickup I'm sure they would have done so.

Default Sawn access

Haven't been there for a few years but when I was there regularly there is no way you would get a truck to the lakeshore. It was a piece of cake in the argo!
