Default Stock Report Map - Android Application

I created an android application that shows the stock reports in Alberta.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...bertafishstock

The biggest challenge for me is being able to get the data updated properly as the Environment Alberta website only has a PDF file.

Please leave some comments on ways for me to improve this application. It is completely free, I am only doing this because as an avid fisherman it took me a long time to know where to fish close to where I live.

I released this last year, I will try to keep the data updated every month or so.

I have contacted Environment Alberta to see if they can assist me with better data. Discussion pending.

Meanwhile, few changes I will be making soon:

1) Going to map out the lakes that are listed under the regulation.
2) Update the stock reports to 2016.
3) Adding a search ability for the body of water.
4) Much better user interface. Very crude design right now.

---
Future:
1) Adding a quick log so you can keep an image of your catch, time of day location.

2) Adding in Ice fishing information and sections.

3) Adding in Alberta fish information. (Great for new people!)

Please feel free to message me with any suggestions! Always welcome comments and improvements.

Enjoy!

You might want to speak with Jet. He created something similar for the desktop. He seems like a pretty decent guy. You guys might be able to collaborate and create something really special.

Good work!

Seems like waste of time for something that's already been done recently by alberta environment...

They did mention they where going to do something like this.

I noticed they have the 2016 CSV data.

No phone application though!

Il still update this app with their data and add some features.

Wow. Chain was already stocked. It's gotta be tight in there with the water so low.
