Default Trimming 6.5mm

So I bought my first rifle in 6.5mm. Problem is, I can not find case trimmer pilot for an RCBS trimmer. I was even going to buy a whole new trimmer, a brand that I could find the correct pilot for. Nope! They are RARE!! I have looked everywhere!!! Nobody has them in stock. Even in the states.
where did you guys find yours??

If anyone knows where I can find a .264 pilot for any trimmer (Except Lee) please help!
Thank you kindly

I found mine from P&D in Edmonton. It was the last one they had. I got it a couple of weeks ago. They will order one for you if you're stuck.

On another note, I'm on my fourth firing with a 6.5x47 and I have yet to need to trim.

I bought 100 new pieces of brass that is fine, but I also got 150 pieces once fired brass from another member. Ive full length sized them and want to trim them even though its not needed.
Get them all uniformed. I was at P&D the spot for the .264 pilot was empty

Default 6.5 pilot

I have been very satisfied with Western Gun Parts and might I suggest get a long pilot for both length trimming and outside thickness trimming..

I have a 6mm/6.5X47 Case Holder (New Case) for my Wilson trimmers. It should work for your FL Sized brass and I would trim them for you if you could bring them or send them to me in Rimbey, AB. If it works for you I do have a spare trimmer that I would sell along with the shell holder if you are interested. If you want to trim Neck Sized you would have to buy the proper shell holder. The Wilson trimmers do not use pilots and are the choice of serious shooters.

I ordered my 6.5 pilot directly from Lyman and it was pretty easy and painless

Wholesale Sports in Calgary has a Hornady 26 cal pilot in stock.
FWIW- It doesn't look like the shaft is compatible with the RCBS case trimmer. Google the Hornady Case Trimmer Pilot #5 and compare the picture with the RCBS product.

Nothing a .270 pilot and a file and some emery cloth and a drill can't fix, if they are actually that hard to come by.
