Default Fishing Tackle Edmonton

I have never been to the Fishing Hole in Edmonton and from what i have searched is that there are 2 of these stores in Edmonton, my question is which one of these has more of an in store inventory or are they the same? Also is there any other places recommended? I do not get to Edmonton very often so i would like to hit a few places. thanks in advance!

There are two Cabelas locations as well, one in the south end and the other just off Fort Rd. They do a poor job of keeping stuff in stock online so dropping by one of their locations in the city is your best bet

West is the biggest store of the chain.

And don't forget about the closing out sale at WSS as they are now up to 40% off.

The Fishin' Hole on the west side (170th Street) has the best inventory of the two Fishin' Hole stores.

Was at the South Common Wholesale Sports yesterday. Flies were 40% off.
Fly tying materials and accessories were 20% off. Fly lines and leaders were 30% off but selection is getting thin now. Fly rods were 20% off.

You'd have to look carefully to find much at 40% off.

West is the bigger store but both can be somewhat hit or miss for inventory(neither keeps lots of spare inventory so depends on what they have on hand). Nice thing is that if they don't have something you want they will bring it in from one of their other locations(warehouse or other stores).

Cabelas has a few things Fishin hole doesn't have and vice versa. Worth checking out both(and WSS but good stuff getting picked over already).
