Default 460ci problem

I have a 1996 F250 4x4 with a fuel injected 460. I started it tonight and ran it about 10km and it started to smell like burning oil. Stopped and seen it coming from the oil fill cap. This truck has been awesome reliable and was when I parked it. I just got back from one more spin, had it up to 140km during the process. The same thing was happening. What do you guys think is happening. The old trucks had a PVC valve maybe it is the equivelant?

The truck was sitting for about 3 months.

Thanks for the reply. I thought like everything else with vehicles these days the simple things have been replaced by expensive complicated sensors and the like. I was told by the fellow I take my vehicles to for repair that it does indeed have a PVC valve. I am taking it in for a full service to elliminate any consern. Thanks again.
