Over xmas I kept thinking about a deal on 2 sako 75's
One in 260 rem and the other in 300 wsm.

You see till now I have been a boring 1 gun guy.
Well I have a marlin 45 70 but it has yet to see some hunting.
It is the gun I should have had when I lived back east...

But I like my Tikka T3 in 30 06.
1" groups with factory ammo.
Now 3/4" groups with 2 of my own loads.
7 WT deer and 1 bull elk in 3 seasons too.

Well I bought the 2 sakos.
A pair of leupold VX3 3.5 x 10 scopes arrived in the mail yesterday from clay.

Brothers I am saved...

Good for you. Two VX-3's in one order!!! You are a lucky man. I bought a couple when Clay had them on special but I didn't need the second one so I sold it here on the EE to fund yet another firearm purchase.

I don't want to cross the line here as we can't advertise here and I'm a good friend of Clay's but that was(apparently is) a serious deal on that scope. If I had the $$$ I'd buy a few to have on the shelf for furure rifles.
