Sherwood Pk. Archery Range.

I stopped by the Sh Pk Archery club and range today to let my grandson watch some of the archers who were practising. I have to say that I was VERY impressed by the new target stands that were built this year. I don't know what it cost to build those new target stands, but congratulations to the club for aquiring them. I was told that there is a large competition being held there this year, thus the new stands. Quite frankly, some of the ones in use now have taken more hits and weather then they were designed for. I do wonder why the club hasn't spend the few dollars extra to tarp the new stands, but perhaps they haven't got round to it yet.

Is there a minimum age for kids at that range? I wanna get a family membership somewhere for the family to shoot. I looked online but am either blind or the info isn't on the website. I've heard nothing but good things about the place.

I shot there a ton last year. I haven't picked up my new membership as I don't know I'll have the time for it that I did last year. It's great how much space they have with the summer weather we enjoy in this area.
