In reality if you own a semi such as an AR or any other restricted semi and you don’t turn it in eventually you will get a registered letter followed by a visit from the cops. As far as non restricted semis, I don’t think there are any in Canada except for the few that Mike bought.

So when the government declares some of your firearms illegal, and the next election is three years away, do you become a criminal for three years, waiting for the next election?
