Default $500 Spotting Scope advice

I'm looking for advice on a spotting scope primarily for range use. I'd like to spend $500 or less.

I have look at the Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 20-60x80. It seems to get decent reviews and is available at several shops in Edmonton.

Input or suggestions are appreciated.

Had one nice scope, however I sold it and went back to a 60mm as I found the 80mm to be just to much for the eye to handle especially around the Lethbridge area due to the high winds moving the scope to much and blurring the view. On a real calm day though it was a nice scope to look through.
