It should/might be "close" to zero at 200 and ""close" to -3" @300.
The 3/300 rule is a very generic formula to site in for a PBR of 300y in "most" modern centerfires cartridges.Its a good starting point,and again,it "should" keep you in the vitals on deer size game with most modern centerfires cartridges,but it's not carved in stone and will vary substantially from one cartridge loading to the next and from one rifle to another.
Faster MVs produced by hotter loads/lighter bullets/longer barrels etc...,bullet design/BC will all have an effect on the actual zeroes and drop values.....and that's just the very basic factors to consider,but generally more then sufficient for "short range" shooting/hunting <300y.....hold on hair/not air.

Good starting point for bore sighting to getcha on paper when mounting a new scope....my neighbor's porch lite is just about 25 yards from my front window,lol.

Better yet boresight like they tell you in the scope instructions.(bolt action/ single shots only)
I've never exceeded 4 shots to get an acceptable hunting zero with the method in the instructions.
25yds is fine for other actions, but so is pieces of clay bird at 100, and a keen eyed spotter,.

LOL.....pretty sure we're using the same "look thru bore" method,but yea,with semis and pumps it's a little trickier.....secondary sighting system (BUIS) that's already zeroed is always nice to help simplify zeroing a new optic and saves a lot of wasted ammo.
