Default Easter Weekend!

Big plans for Easter Weekend? What kind of traditions does your family have? We usually have an egg hunt for the kids, cook a turkey, take it easy... this year I think I am going to mix things up and cook a roast. Just wanting to see the different things people do.

Hope you all have a great long weekend

We are heading up to Edmonton for a small memorial for my father who died last weekend. Will be nice to see some family and old friends however.

Hoping to hit the Calgary gun show early Friday.

So sorry for your loss Oko, my Dad and Mom are gone now too.Sucks getting old.

I just spent 3 hours getting my Rhino cleaned up,trailer tires fixed and new battery installed. Mud bogs at Kookanoosa Lake this weekend.I ain`t wrecking my stuff but it`s nice to have a Rhino to cruise the site on.I`ll watch all the 20 somethings destroy their toys.

Our hosts just called to confirm that I am also bringing Malibu Rum Macerated Grilled Pineapples.
Apparently I brought them the last couple of years and they are the "New Tradition"

Well-If I have to go to the Liquor Store anyways
Just have to see what else I can find.

I also made about 70L of Crabapple Cider/Wine last Fall so it will be time to introduce that brew to the crew

We're breaking tradition and not doing turkey, bought a nice tenderloin and have it marinating all week to throw on the BBQ.....so of course we're under a snowfall warning for tomorrow!

My fault, on Friday I re-organized the garage and put the snow blower, hockey and shovels at the back and brought the bikes and mower to the front....sorry guys

Sorry about that Okie, it's tough to go through!

Managed to deliver a new bike lock, underwear and new rain boots.
Plus a small chocolate bunny.
