Default Remove please. Sold.

Relevant to under ice beaver trapping:

(If the mods want to move this thread to buy and sell...so be it. I just thought this is the most efficient place to post.)

Since there is no thread for trapping supplies in the buy and sell forums I thought I would post here that I have an ice chisel for sale. It was made for beaver trapping but good for ice fishing too. Can make a hole any size, round , square, or even triangular if you like.

I have had this chisel for 30 years and this chisel still works like butter thru ice. The whole chisel weighs about 15 lb. and the weight does alot of the work. It only requires sharpening once a year and a little bit of muscle.

Can go through 2-3 feet of ice in 3 to 10 minutes, depending on hole size. A never fail hole maker.

Asking 50 $ firm. PM me if interested. Can arrange local delivery or AO pony express.

Used similar when I was a kid. Or maybe mine was made from stone? Can't remember

Always starts, cheap to run and we did cut lots of holes in 2-3 feet of ice.

Was called a spud.

Seems mine had a heater in it as well. I know I was plenty warm after cutting a few holes.
