Grass seeding ?

Question for the green thumbs;
I live in the Calgary area, is it to early to seed a yard yet??
Wifey wants to get an early start however I'm not sure if it's too early.

Go for it.
I seeded my front lawn today.

Put your grass seed down now and it will be all good. Seed won't germinate until it warms up, just make sure it's covered so the wind and the birds don't get away with it.

I seeded my yard last fall just before it snowed . Hope it works

The best pastures we have were seeded in the fall. I think it's one of the best ways to do it. The grass gets a great start with all the moisture from the spring melt.
