Many thanks to Vortex Canada for allowing us to liquidate their open-box and discontinued inventory again. We have done this a few times before and there has always been excellent demand.
As there is a big demand, we are posting this thread as a 'heads up' to give all of our clients time to look it over.
Please do not contact us to order these in advance. We want to be fair to all of our clients and we need to receive these and look them over first. It will be about two weeks before we have these on our website for sale. We will give notice so that all who are interested will have time to decide. We will give notice to the exact time that it will go live on the website, at least 24 hours ahead.


Grading:
A: Box is open but the item is like new. Even when looked over very closely, it will appear new.
B: Box is open. Item appears new but MAY, upon very close inspection, show very slight evidence of handling.
C :Box is open, packaging may be incomplete or incorrect. The item may show some evidence of handling, mounting, etc. Our experience with other liquidations for Vortex Canada is that even the 'C' items are excellent.
Discontinued : New in the box - recently discontinued

Warranty: These items are fully warrantied by Vortex Canada. (obliviously and small cosmetic flaws on the open box items are not covered but function is still fully covered)

Pricing. The regular prices in blue are mostly the regular price we sold new identical items for. Our company or others may have some cheaper at times but these are for easy reference only. If you are interested in an item please research to be certain you are getting a great deal. Most of the regular prices are MAP. As we get closer to the sale date we will post up how the sale will work and some hints on how to get the items you want before someone else gets them.

Here is what is expected in two weeks or so(we will post here once they arrive and give 24 hour notice, that gives clients warning and gives us time to process) There could be minor changes as vortex has not packed them yet :

MAP is the lowest price Canadian dealers are allowed to list current NIB products. Some items are old models (noted in description) so MAP but be quite old, meaning saving are actually better than they look.

I have been awaiting this sale for one item for some time.

P: We have not decided yet. The weekend (Saturday) we did last two times seemed to work well. Of course, it doesn't matter what we decide, it won't work well for some. Too bad there wasn't a 'perfect day'.

Its been over a year since the last one- some people may have forgotten or be new to these sales. We will have lots of time to post more info before the sale begins so everyone has an equal chance. We do out best!

C: Haha - most fun I've had since Black Friday's 15 years ago.

C: First time I refreshed right at noon only about 10 items showed, but what I wanted wasnt there. After refreshing again the list tripled and my item showed but when I clicked on it.. page not found.

Me: You must have hit refresh just after I started the import. It took just under 10 seconds for everything to import. They show up as each one is imported. First big batch of orders was all EMT or "call in payment later" guys. Just one CC card. Then about 15 seconds later a batch of CC orders. As clay said in the orig post. Its faster to use EMT or "call in later".

C1: How I got the item I wanted:

Have account registered with shipping info already in place.
Spamming f5 as the clock hit 10am.
As soon as items loaded I hit Ctrl+F and searched strike. (Going for 5-25 strike eagle)
Quickly hit add to cart and race through the buttons of the checkout process.
Picked pay with EMT.

93 orders in first few minutes. After being through this a few times, it is so nice to see the attitude CGNers now take on it.

C1: I used Ctrl+F in attempt to be fast and specific. It actually ended up screwing me lol. I pasted in the model codes at the beginning of the description for example "VT-SE-1624-2" but I think this was too specific because that turned up 0/0 results. Then I had two items in my cart went to checkout - one is not available. No option to just continue without it... go back, remove unavailable item from cart, proceed again to checkout and BOOM now the other one is gone. Haha. Ah well.

C2: I did some testing beforehand to maximize my chances, comparing it to other items on their website:

You couldn't include the "VT-" prefix, as on their website they didn't/don't list the vortex items with the VT prefix.

C: In the sale I didn't get the scope I wanted, but I was able to get one of the: VT-VMD-3106 Venom Red Dot 6 MOA

It came with two (2) brand new & seem to be never used screws for the Glock MOS that are extra to the kit. (note, one is slightly marked because I put it in a screw checker to be sure they matched the Glock website)

I just gave them away to someone who ordered a Vortex Venom or Viper on the sale: they seen the original version of this message and sent me their order number & address. (Didn't want to leave up the "they're free" part and get more messages so I changed this message)
