Should be ok almost anywhere. Lots of people out on fsmily day weekend. And snow was only 5 inchs of snow everywhere. Bring a shovel and stay close to the Beaten path just in case if u dont feel comfortable and u will be golden.

Default Update Ice getting weak

Was out at Cross today, ice is still as thick as the auger length, starting to get very saturated though, truck was breaking through about 6-8" in quite a few spots and you could tell hard water days are numbered the way the auger was grabbing the "spongy" ice. Access coming onto the lake is quite wet and slushy ...fishing was somewhat slow, caught 18 perch and one pike between two of us in 9hrs. Beautiful day on the ice though.
