phone the county or the grader operators and ask them, they usually know who the good contractors are

places i've lived the county is responsible for the approach and if you want to build it yourself , you have to build it to their specs . the driveway is on you .

Depending on length of your road , rough rule of thumb is $1,million/km.

In BC just need to doz logs/brush off the rock then drive on it. In Alberta, need to dig 4 feet of muskeg out, then haul good clay for about half mile from borrow pit, pack it to 90 proctor and finally spred some gravel.
By one of my trapping cabins oil company rebuilt same road 4 times before it would keep loads of gravel from being pounded into bottom of road.

90% of proctor density... don’t think so. Minimum 95 and top 300mm is at 100% SPDD.....sorry couldn’t help myself on AT specs . Happy Easter
