Very Rare. Only a few made for buckeyes in Ohio. This one has been sitting at a ruger distributor owner's personal collection since then. Serial 78. It is 100% NIB. Even has the original outer shipping box with the ruger labels on it. Cylinder appears unturned (as ruger test fires these, it must have been turned once)
