Hey guys. Has any one found some good vapour trail videos or pictures I have been trying to find some but nothing has really stood out as a good example of one. I have heard of a awesome elk one in the winter but haven't been able to track it down. Maybe you guys have had some better luck.
There was a great video on this forum last season of a fellow hunting mulies, you'd have to dig for it but the vapor trail was unreal. One of the best videos of vapour trail that I've seen.
That is an interesting perspective to watch it from. I've stood behind shooters at the line and watched cast bullets in flight, many times, at 200yd targets, with a spotting scope. As you learn where to look to pick it up, it becomes really fascinating to watch them. The ones in that vid are a bit quick to see the bullet itself, but it is fun to watch that.
