Default Winchester xp3

Has anyone had issues with these bullets not expanding on impact.

Once but I was shooting through willows and figured the bullet tumbled. Other than that one they've worked flawlessly for me.

Couple friends use them in their 300WM, great performance, near perfect expansion. I would like to try them for reload but I am SOL on that end, so I stick to my Accubonds.

On elk they have been fine. I've never recovered one in a deer as they have all been pass-throughs, and smaller game like deer would probably be the test.
