This may help for people that do not have micrometer adjustable seating dies.
These are standard dies and are the amount the seater stem will move per listed revolution(of the seater stem).And in thousandths of inches
RCBS 1 revolution=.0357
1/2=.0178
1/4=.0089
1/8.0045

1 revolution=.0500
1/2=.0250
1/4=.0125
1/8=.0062
Forster/Bonanza
